OVERVIEW
This policy explains what personal data PRAGER'S collects when you contact us through pragers.ch, why, and what rights you have. For cookies and similar tracking technologies, see our Cookie Policy.
DATA CONTROLLER
The controller responsible for data processing on pragers.ch is F.H. PRAGER s.r.o., IČO 29153379, U Národní galerie 470, 156 00 Zbraslav, Czech Republic. You can reach us at info@pragers.ch or +420 793 948 861.
WHAT DATA WE COLLECT
When you submit our contact form, we collect: first name, last name, company name, email address, phone number (optional), country (optional), and the message you write. We also record the date and time of submission and the language you used the site in.
WHY WE PROCESS IT
We use this data to respond to your distribution inquiry, evaluate a potential partnership, and get in touch. Providing this data is voluntary, but necessary for us to reply to you.
WHO WE SHARE IT WITH
Your inquiry is stored in Google Sheets (Google Ireland Ltd.) and Ecomail (email marketing platform) as processors acting on our instructions. Email notifications are sent via Resend. The site itself is hosted on Vercel. None of these providers use your data for their own purposes.
HOW LONG WE KEEP IT
We keep your inquiry data for as long as necessary to handle your request and maintain a potential business relationship, and delete or anonymize it once it's no longer needed for that purpose or required by law.
INTERNATIONAL DATA TRANSFERS
Google, Resend, Ecomail and Vercel may process data outside Switzerland and the EEA, including in the United States. Where this happens, they rely on the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework, Standard Contractual Clauses, or equivalent safeguards recognized under Swiss law.
SECURITY
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your data against unauthorized access, loss, or misuse.
YOUR RIGHTS
You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data, and object to how we process it. To exercise these rights, contact us at info@pragers.ch. If you believe your data protection rights have been violated, you can lodge a complaint with the Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner (FDPIC), the Swiss supervisory authority, at edoeb.admin.ch.
